Popping

This dance style has existed since the 70s, specifically with Funk music, but was incorporated into the Hip Hop realm of dance more frequently as time went on. Full of dynamic energy and excitement, this dance style offers moves and fun with endless possibilities. Contraction of certain muscles to the beat of music combined with isolation movements are the main focus of this dance style.
